General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the 8bbd platform and 8bbd. By accessing the 8bbd website, creating an account, or using any service, you are agreeing to these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali. If any confusion arises from a translation, the Bengali version will be considered final.
These Terms apply together with 8bbd's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and other operational policies. All policies complement one another and together define the relationship between 8bbd and its users.
We reserve the right to change any part or all of these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the 8bbd website.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility
To use the 8bbd platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

- Online gaming activities must be legally permitted in your area of residence.
- None of your previous accounts have been permanently closed by 8bbd.

2.2 Registration Requirements
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Funds can be deposited on the 8bbd platform using the following methods:

- Bank Transfer
Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method). Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is pending.
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals will be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
- Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
- 8bbd reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
- A valid identity document may be requested at the time of withdrawal.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on 8bbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. The first deposit must be at least ৳300 to qualify for this bonus.
To withdraw bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means 20 times the bonus amount must be wagered.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a fixed validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- A member may not claim a specific bonus more than once.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets.
- If multiple bonuses are present in an account at the same time, they cannot be combined — they must be used one at a time.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
If any bonus is claimed through misuse, fraud, or manipulation, the bonus will be forfeited from that account and the account may be closed.
5.3 VIP Program
8bbd has three VIP tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
VIP tier upgrades depend on regular and active participation. Additional benefits may apply at each tier. Separate terms apply for VIP benefits.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the 8bbd platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game results are verifiable and there is no predetermined manipulation.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum limits are set for each game or bet, which are displayed in the game interface. Separate limits may apply when betting with bonus funds.
6.3 Technical Issues
If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, disconnection, or server issue, 8bbd reserves the right to cancel that game and refund the wagered amount. This decision is final.
A disconnection may affect the outcome of a game. Please ensure a stable connection before playing.
6.4 Game Results
All game results are determined by a server-side Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live games, by a live dealer. Once a result is displayed, it cannot be changed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bbd platform:
Participation in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit the bonus system for unfair advantage.
- Using hacking, bots, or automated tools on the platform's software or games.
- Any attempt to manipulate game results.
- Allowing a third party to use your account.
- Providing fraudulent payment information.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the 8bbd platform.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

13.2 User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Applicable conditions must be met to withdraw bonus funds.
If an account is closed due to a violation of terms, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Only deposited funds may be returned.
